MULVANE– Seven-piece band, Flogging Molly, will bring boisterous Celtic punk to Kansas Star Arena on Saturday, March 9, 2024. Lead vocalist, Dave King, will take the audience on a musical journey as a stop on their “Road to Rebellion Tour.”
Over the course of 25 years, Flogging Molly has built a loyal fanbase through endless touring around the world. Starting out as a house band for Molly Malone’s in Los Angeles, today, Flogging Molly captivates generations of fans with their unrivaled ability to transverse musical genres. Blending punk and folk like no other band, their music ranges from punk to more somber songs like “The Son Never Shines (On Closed Doors)” and “Float.”
Flogging Molly’s latest studio album, “Anthem,” released in 2022, serves as a powerful testament to the collective spirit that propels us towards a brighter future. For the band, and the world, this album is a reflection of the hardships that have come over the past few years.
